Pros

There's lots of opportunities to learn new skills and technologies. Management, for the most part, is exceptionally good and supportive. Now that remote work is more common, the company is very flexible about where you live. You get to work with some exceptionally smart and talented people every day.

Cons

There are some frustrating politics and team conflicts. As others have mentioned, the retirement benefits here are inconsistent and below what you would get at other companies.

Pros

Joined and company got acquired. There is no vision of the company and people just want to make fool of others. There is no team work here all they want is hire their own people and push out people who were hired before the big guyz of the company. Within a year CFO, CEO all resigned and this tells you what a crappy org this is.

Cons
