Over the last two years, we’ve implemented several initiatives to support our team members including Flex time off, Flex Friday, Franklin Covey Leadership Training and a multitude of employee engagement and wellness programs that encourage teambuilding, growing professional relationships and wellness. In 2023 we'll continue to offer comprehensive medical coverage and our 401k match will increase.

Pros

Joined and company got acquired. There is no vision of the company and people just want to make fool of others. There is no team work here all they want is hire their own people and push out people who were hired before the big guyz of the company. Within a year CFO, CEO all resigned and this tells you what a crappy org this is.
