Many issues that clients call for would be solved with client training and mandatory documentation / certification.

We're optimistic that the new Platinum Support programs and Zen Desk implementation will provide clients the resources needed to effectively support their Transact products.
Joined and company got acquired. There is no vision of the company and people just want to make fool of others. There is no team work here all they want is hire their own people and push out people who were hired before the big guyz of the company. Within a year CFO, CEO all resigned and this tells you what a crappy org this is.
