Pros

Better compensation and good work life balance. In small companies once can discover and grow their knowledge which is true.

Cons

Mostly it is people managed environment. No controls in place, even NO discussions conducted during Appraisal process. HR policies !!

Pros

Joined and company got acquired. There is no vision of the company and people just want to make fool of others. There is no team work here all they want is hire their own people and push out people who were hired before the big guyz of the company. Within a year CFO, CEO all resigned and this tells you what a crappy org this is.

Cons

If my pros section had number of issues you can imagine the cons.
