Pros

Decent product. Whenever their stock price drops they make drastic decisions to help save the company. There are a few very special people in the home office.

Cons

Senior leadership is horrible, too much turnover to be consistent. Have a lot of people at the top that never sold their respective product lines - Ex. Mutual Fund people running the annuity distribution. Not a classy organization. Toxic environment.

People have to see a need to sit down and talk with you, which can sometimes be discouraging.

Pros

It all depends on the are you work in the company, but you can get a really supportive manager.

Cons

1. They give you a job description and then add responsibilities without pay. Especially when it comes to phones. Been in 2 departments and they both promised minimal phone calls in the positions and then continued to force the teams to take overflow calls. 2. They don’t reign in the micromanagers.
