Pros
I'm getting a paycheck. I'm getting a decent 401k and a pension. I'm getting valuable experience working with retirement plans.
Cons
With all the people leaving lately, it's almost become a ghost town in the call center. Because of this, overtime is being forced. Compensation is extremely low compared to other call centers doing the same work. Currently wearing 3 different hats and getting paid inadequately for wearing 1 hat. The environment is becoming toxic with discontent; there's no unity anymore. Don't even get me started on the health insurance.
