The good ol boys club has promoted too many individuals that are either under-qualified or out of touch with what their position requires in an industry that has changed greatly over the last few decades. They are too lazy to understand new concepts and trends in the industry and will rely on “how things have always been done.” This trickles down the lines of management. As they say, the fish stinks from the head. Training is a joke. Marketing cannot deliver items that are needed in a timely fashion. Competitive intel is not provided. Compensation is quoted as higher than what you should expect to earn as the sales goals are generally not attainable; most territories do not hit the goals that are given. Benefits are just ok, at best. There are much better shops in Denver in financial sales.
