Pros
Downtown Los Angeles was a convenient location, but obviously isn't for everyone. Pay was ok, but the key is to start at a higher salary because the raises after you start are minimal at best. Benefits were decent, but the cost of healthcare increased threefold recently. 401k with match(3%)
Cons
Not many opportunities to move up or really move anywhere. Raises were minimal. Most employees cycled out either voluntarily or not within a couple years. Some people were fired for contrived reasons. Management had their favorites and you have to play their game. Mangement is completely inept, taking zero responsibility for anything and making it so that the lower level employees were always the ones on the hook. Training is terrible and inadequate, if you get it at all. A favorite saying of the managers is "Why didn't you ask?" Well, that should be the job of the managers to teach employees about procedures, etc. right?
