Great people, but questionable management - Anonymous employee Transamerica Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide insightful feedback. We very much appreciate you highlighting some the positive aspects of working at Transamerica, primarily our people and the flexibility. As an organization, we have had to make some very tough choices, and many factors went in to those decisions. For example, consolidating our location footprint better positions us to provide our customers with more effective service, and allows us to be more agile in an industry that is evolving very quickly. We understand that all areas of the business play a critical role in Transamerica’s future and success. Without either the Sales team or the back office support, neither would succeed. This is why we work hard to ensure, that across the business, we are working hand in glove to reach our goals together.
