Pros

Co-workers. They provide benefits but each year they get more and more expensive for less coverage.

Cons

No clear direction on where the business is headed. 4 re-organizations in less than 2 years. Trying to do too much in a short period of time. Lack of focus. Low employee morale. Huge emphasis on innovation right now but absolutely no follow through or funding to back it up. No work/life balance. 10 hour days and some weekends are expected. You will be consistently low-balled on your salary and have to fight for every cent when you get a promotion.

People have to see a need to sit down and talk with you, which can sometimes be discouraging.

Pros

It all depends on the are you work in the company, but you can get a really supportive manager.

Cons

1. They give you a job description and then add responsibilities without pay. Especially when it comes to phones. Been in 2 departments and they both promised minimal phone calls in the positions and then continued to force the teams to take overflow calls. 2. They don’t reign in the micromanagers.
