Pros
- Good work/life balance - Decent benefits - Great co-workers - Management asks for feedback - Interesting work (at times) - Good bonus potential - Since rebranding as Transamerica, now more of a known entity
Cons
- Most employees have been in the same role for 10+ years, limiting innovation - Many employees seem more concerned with protecting their position than doing what's best for the company - Organization is stuck in it's old ways - slow to respond to changing times - As a recent article pointed out - seems to be more concerned with protecting what they have rather than taking appropriate risks to move forward. Probably due to being owned by a Dutch Company - Seem to come up with a new change initiative each year but don't always follow through
