Pros

Good culture, helpful teammates. They pay well when you get the job, and you have annual reviews.

Cons

Only as good as the manager that's above you, department policies change depending on their preferences. Taking PTO is a problem, management doesn't want you to take time off. Don't promote from within, mostly external hires. Annual raises and bonuses have gotten less generous and require more work to be done to be deserving of raise and bonus.

People have to see a need to sit down and talk with you, which can sometimes be discouraging.

Pros

It all depends on the are you work in the company, but you can get a really supportive manager.

Cons

1. They give you a job description and then add responsibilities without pay. Especially when it comes to phones. Been in 2 departments and they both promised minimal phone calls in the positions and then continued to force the teams to take overflow calls. 2. They don’t reign in the micromanagers.
