      TRS pays well above the local average for IT workers. Some flexibility with the work schedule.

      Cons

      In IT, the CTO manages, not leads, by fear. No one will speak directly or plainly about anything related to their particular domain. Mixed messages about work/life balance. Wrong people in charge of the wrong projects.
