Frequent casual days (see also: Cons). Management is friendly and seems to care, but that can only go so far.
Cons
Red tape and dead weight. Constant reorgs to attempt to see where the dead weight is, but no serious progress has been made. Employees in other reviews complain of the subtle elephant in the room fear that employees have of losing their job, but this can't be blamed on management. It's because the employees themselves know that the place is saturated with meaningless work, and they aren't really doing anything of value. Management does put on a good show, and invests in wellness programs, social events, and attempts to engage employees in dialogue through corporate newsletters and constant surveys. So many casual dress days it looks like people just roll out of bed into their zombie-like cubicle life. Absolute real life version of Office Space.
