Company sells various types of insurance without promoting one type of coverage over another.
Cons
Fixation on numbers and selling certain core products. Trying to change the way they calculate commissions and keep delaying process every 4 months. Outdated software jams system and is unreliable. When the going gets tough, the integrity goes out the window and the yelling starts. Have to review archaic reports every morning "at home when you sit down with your coffee" and spend two hours a week with manager in a meeting reviewing these confusing and pointless reports, with near-retirement managers who don't even fully understand them, let alone how to use a computer. I think I'll stop here - the nightmares are coming back and giving me a headache.
