Pros

Managent overall are friendly. Decent pay and cafeteria on-site for convenience.

Cons

Way too much mandatory overtime. Office chairs that we sit In are not ergonomic friendly which has caused lower back problems for me working there for over a year. Tough to come in to work with a positive attitude knowing your whole day consists of repetive incoming calls repeating the same answers over and over again.

People have to see a need to sit down and talk with you, which can sometimes be discouraging.

Pros

It all depends on the are you work in the company, but you can get a really supportive manager.

Cons

1. They give you a job description and then add responsibilities without pay. Especially when it comes to phones. Been in 2 departments and they both promised minimal phone calls in the positions and then continued to force the teams to take overflow calls. 2. They don’t reign in the micromanagers.
