Pay for Performance is a Joke - Technical Trainer II Transamerica Employee Review

There is no such thing as pay for performance. The company tells you there is, but they will justify any little thing as to why a promotion isn't warranted. You can follow all your goals for the whole year, and excel at them, but there will always be another reason why you weren't good enough. I am making 15k under base salary for my position when comparing to other companies. The salary ranges showing here are grossly exaggerated.
