When I started with this company, it was still sears. They cared about us or put forth an effort to show us that. When it became transformco it became just a job, and not a family. This company does not care about its employees. I, like many others, became just a number. Absolutely no heart. Be, let go was one of the greatest gifts.This company gave me. It will be hard. But going to bed every night, and knowing I do not have to work for transformco, gives me peace. This company does not have any form of performance based raises.
