Insanity - Manager Transformco Employee Review

Owner doesn't take responsibility as the CEO for the downturn of the company. He took over as the CEO and has only proven to drive the company further into the negative. The company is so silo'd that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the owner refuses to move out of the way so things can proceed with competent people can take over. He promotes project managers that don't know about the business to COO. Not a good idea.
