Yes you will get a raise but doesn't match job load. Hr doesn't even stand by federal labor laws and Managers make up rules for you and other employers rules will be different. If you do what's told the next day it was wrong to do. How bad is it you ask? Like having Joe Biden as your manager and also running the business. They give you vehicles to drive unless you want to drive your own ride. If you do that we'll it will be full of their parts that can't be removed. Again run away managers techs an others.
