Friendly Environment but Low Pay and Nowhere to Go - Quality Assurance Transparent Language Employee Review

Management was great - never had any problems

Environment was kind of quiet and slow

Great for entry level in the QA space. Great Department managers and co-workers

Do not expect any fast growth from within. Upper Management outside of the QA/Engineering department is incredibly poor. They have shown no interest in growing outside of the government sector. They also have made very poor choices when pursuing development projects that ultimately lead to no customers buying said product due to lack of market research. Due to these issues the people that ultimately pay for these mistakes are employees via layoffs.
