Transwest Inc Response
8yWe want to respond to your issues one by one, and apologize for the delay in responding. Transparency is something that we are working harder to provide, while it sounds as though you may have operated within our entry level positions, it is our goal to align our team members with our internal missions. Communication can be a challenge for any company, and we are working to address that challenge as we grow.
Training is something that we also actively encourage, and unfortunately since your review is anonymous, it is hard to see which department or leadership you had. Our growth has been rapid, and we certainly don't want anyone feeling left behind. We have a number of new initiatives, including hiring a training coordinator an the creation of a mentor program, to see that everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow at Transwest.
I can't speak specifically to your benefits experience, as each is different. Depending on the individual's time on the job, accrued PTO and expected time out of work, limitations in coverage can be experienced. It is our goal to work with our employees to find the best solution for all parties involved, to allow you to make the best decisions for your family.
When it comes to the expected behavior of an employee and their workday structure, we understand that our employees have families and hope to encourage a healthy work life balance. Transwest is a family owned and operated corporation, and support for a strong work/family balance flows from ownership through to each and every employee.
Candid input from former employees, like you, help us to create a better experience moving forward. Your review is greatly appreciated, and your information gives us better perspective of our decisions on our team. We thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and while we are sorry it wasn't the work experience you had hoped to find, we do aim to do better in the future.
