We appreciate you taking the opportunity to share your feedback, both in areas where we met your expectations as well as areas we can improve. Our leadership team works diligently to ensure employees’ compensation is part of a benefits package that makes Transwest an employer of choice in each industry we participate in. To speak to your experiences with management, to aid in improving experiences in this area, we are currently moving forward with a project which aims to provide new and existing managers with training to help them be successful in their roles as leaders in our organization.
