My experience with Transworld Systems India Pvt. Ltd. was very disappointing. There was a complete lack of respect toward employees, and the overall environment felt hostile rather than professional. Even basic interactions were unpleasant. Security staff often behaved in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, as if employees were being controlled instead of supported.
Cons
A workplace should make employees feel valued and respected, but here it felt like employees were constantly under suspicion and treated unfairly. Such an atmosphere creates stress, frustration, and low morale. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy and respectful work environment. Management should seriously review how employees are treated and make immediate changes.
