As a current employee, the pros of working for this company have diminished to little if any.
Cons
Upper management of this company has made incredibly poor decisions over the past 3 years, reversed those decisions, replaced them with worse decisions, and has created an extremely negative work environment. It is unbelievable that the head of the collection division is still with the company. He has a conference call, yells and belittles everybody on it, is incredibly arrogant, and then asks "are there any questions?" Nobody wants to say a word because of his history of making stupid and unnecessary comments to that person in front of everyone else on the call. Recent poor decisions of cutting the actual producers have lead to an age discrimination case which match up with other pending former discriminatory cases against the company. Politics are played all over the company and the people who remain are waiting for their jobs to be shipped to the Phillipines so they can collect a severance.
