Pros
Being your own boss, having operational responsibility for your own business, taking time off when you want to, working the schedule you prefer while being able to spend time with your family. Getting paid based on performance without regard to your age, sex, race, etc. The target market is huge - any business that sends out bills is a prospective client. Almost no cost to own your business, just some business cards and some flyers that you can print yourself. Very supportive team atmosphere and caring managers.
Cons
It's hard in the beginning due to the learning curve and the amount of information you're taught during the training week. You have to discipline yourself to prospect for appointments because you're not being micromanaged.
