Pros

I don't think there are any positives about working in TSI

Cons

My experience with this company has been extremely disheartening, especially in terms of how female employees are treated. There is a serious lack of integrity, empathy, and basic human decency when it comes to ensuring their safety and well-being. Despite repeated concerns, the management continues to ignore the importance of providing proper late-night escorts for women logging out during graveyard shifts. It is deeply irresponsible and unacceptable to drop female employees near main roads at 3–5 AM without any consideration for their safety. This careless approach not only puts them at risk but shows a complete lack of respect and concern for their dignity and security. Cab delays during these hours are frequent, and instead of addressing the issue, the management either turns a blind eye or blames external vendors. There is no accountability or effort to improve the situation. What makes matters worse is the toxic internal politics. Favoritism is rampant, and promotions or opportunities often go to those who align with certain groups rather than based on merit. Honest feedback is discouraged, and those who raise their voice against the flawed system often face subtle retaliation. Overall, the system feels broken, corrupt, unempathetic, and deeply political. This kind of work environment not only affects morale but also creates a culture where people feel undervalued, unheard, and unsafe. I sincerely hope the higher leadership takes these issues seriously before more employees are forced to speak out or worse, suffer consequences due to sheer negligence.

Pros

Steady paycheck – It’s usually consistent hourly pay, so it helps with bills even if the job itself isn’t enjoyable

Cons

Pay and raises are disappointing. The starting pay is okay for quick work, but raises are minimal and not guaranteed to match your effort or performance. There isn’t much room for real income growth, so it can feel like you’re stuck at the same rate.
