Pros

Pay was good, this is part of the reason why the company is bleeding money and going out of business.

Cons

Biggest con was the terrible handling of change. This is a start up company so change is inevitable, but their complete lack of HR experience caused implementation to be very damaging. They went through 4+ rounds of layoffs in one year, and if you survived them, you ended up quitting from total lack of job security. The leadership throughout my time with the company was extremely poor. This could have been a great company, but it was managed by the wrong people with no intellectual strategic approach. Just a short term money grab. So, the end result was that they had no value for employees, and we were all disposable. Don’t waste your time. There’s nothing good left of this company. It ended over a year ago.

Pros

Opportunity to network with various rental car agencies. Independent working. Consistent schedule and flexible hours. They send you a signed card from HQ on your birthday I guess.

Cons

No training. You are thrown into the company with the expectation to understand everything within a couple days. Complete lack of communication. Clients would find out company and product information before actual employees do, which means being frequently embarrassed. Severe understaffing, you will be dealing with the workload of 3+ people with no appropriate compensation. Their HR dept. is poor. Double-check wage laws with them. They keep PTO upon departure from company. If you turn in your notice they will ban you from using it in your final weeks. Product is buggy and is never fixed which means constantly apologizing to clients. Random firing of people to save money. Some of the best people in mgmt. were let go for no reason. The mgmt. that fills those positions are overworked and don't have the time to care about individual locations. If there are any company contests, you won't get paid out on it. Ultimately, just a huge disconnect between all branches. It creates an environment of confusion and winging it on the daily.
