Pros
Lots of exposure to a variety of technologies and current best practices and processes. Company is very stable and the CEO is very good.
Cons
Compensation and promotion decisions are very much based on personal relationships to middle and upper management. Compensation is lower then market before bonuses and only approximately 40% of employees that are eligible get bonuses under the guise of pay for performance. Attainment of merits and bonuses are entirely management judgement. Environment is very confrontational and caustic. Be extremely cautious who you trust.
