Pros
Great work life balance. Excellent paid time off and holiday hours. Flexible work hours. Ability to work from home. Decent number of company sponsored events. Interesting co-workers.
Cons
Salary is standardized across the United States, which means that if you work in the NYC or SF office, you're going to be making well below market. Things tend to move relatively slowly and I don't feel like there is a sense of urgency to produce the best work possible. Politics and relationship feel like they are more important than the bottom line.
