Pros

- Good exposure in e-com and OTA domain - You get a great opportunity to learn what-not-to-do management skills

Cons

- A complete downfall in employees morale - No hikes, no bonuses - Unrealistic goals/timelines and management behaves as slavedrivers. Attrition is at its worst. - Not a single technology-intensive project going on in the company that is worth mentioning. It used to be a technology company earlier, with development on innovative product lines - But those have become things of distant era now. There's no innovation in any of the existing product lines, leave aside launching of new products, barring the few glimpses of technology innovations that we see in the Hack Days. We now have a pool of highly talented resources, doing maintenance and support work day-in and day-out almost across the board. - Too much region-based politics and back-stabbing. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was working for one man's family. And put simply, if you're not part of the family, you're not in. By the way, outright sycophancy of the head of the family is what keeps you in the good books.
