Great co-workers, fast paced environment, interesting projects, ability to work from home, flexible work schedules
Cons
Cramped working areas, lackadasical attitude on doing the job right, management doesn't back employees, very very sketchy dismissal practices. They will make up a reason to get rid of you, even if it's not true.
