Pros
The people are the best and extremely flexible with work schedules. I'll remember my co-workers more than anything else.
Cons
The only way to get a salary increase is to leave, then come back. The performance evaluation process has no meaning. Most managers will not stand up for their staff and afraid of their boss. Innovation left long ago due to bad management decisions.
