Pros
The people! It's all about the team; you work as a family! Everone contributes, everyone interacts! Michelle Peluso takes the time to meet with all employees and offices! All offices partipate in company activities to socialize inter departments. All employees are encouraged and recognized to think outside the box. Innovation and initiative is well compensated! Travelocity is known in the Travel Industry as the most Partner Friendly in it's field! It's all about relationships and people!
Cons
There are not many downsides to working at Travelocity. Recruiting and Human resources not the best. It takes averagely 4-6 weeks for candidates to be contacted in between interviews. Very fustrating to get in, but once on board; all is great!
