Unfortunate downward spiral of what used to be a great company - Senior Systems Designer Travelocity Employee Review

Pay is below market levels, company is trying to climb out from under a tremendous amount of technical debt, selling off almost all of the business, and effectively becoming nothing more than a marketing company with a well-known brand. Little appreciation from management for the hard work of the individual contributors.
