10yThanks for your honest feedback. We have been working to address internal communications process - and with dedicated informational monitors in the new office space, regular inclusive town halls and other methods - I believe we have made some huge strides in this area. And of course, our corporate ownership (and management) has changed over the past year - and most Travelocity employees would agree for the better.
