Loved it here - Senior Web Designer Travelocity Employee Review

Worked at Travelocity in the mid 2000s out of the NYC office. I was part of the Site59 team that was acquired by the travel giant. I loved it here and made life-long friends and at the time we were thriving. There is something about the travel space that brings together smart, cool people. Unfortunately there were so many inefficiencies and paralyzing politics coming out of headquarters that ultimately (and partially) lead to the company's downfall. Glad I exited gracefully when I did and didn't have to see it burn, as many of us saw it coming. It was a bittersweet experience and don't regret a thing.
