We’re glad to hear our healthcare benefits, employee loan discounts, and EAP were meaningful to you. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with staffing, management support, and cross-department communication did not meet expectations. Benefits are important, but they should never have to carry the entire employee experience by themselves, that is a lot of heavy lifting for an EAP and a loan discount. Your comments are important, and we take feedback like this seriously.
