Small school, incompetent administration - Library Technician Treasure Valley Community College Employee Review

There is a lot of discord between administration and some of the instructors. There is no strong leadership, which allows some of the mediocre instructors to "rule the school," and do as they please at the expense of the good instructors, who work hard to give their students a superior education, The students, most of who are from rural areas, are not being given the tools to step into a larger world, or to succeed when they transfer to larger schools.
