Pros
Being a smaller academic institution, the campus is closer knit and management is more accessible. Definitely felt like a welcome environment where employees were respected and the coworkers are FANTASTIC!! A lot of retired professionals and all kinds of interesting backgrounds. Best work experience.
Cons
Some students and coworkers you work with are a bit "off," but nothing unlike the normal workplace.
