Pros
Great group of people to work with, easy to get information if you need it. Great place to learn at an entry-level position. Easy to get time off if needed. Decent benefits for full time positions.
Cons
Constant turmoil and turnover due to budget problems and people leaving for other jobs. If you want a higher paying position, you may have to resign your current position and apply for the other spot. Not the greatest pay, but paradoxically jobs are more available.
