      Company have good client project Company provide training to learn new skills.

      Cons

      Company provided remote option till April 2025 and now they are asking employee work from office on hybrid basis. I think here if they go on fully flexible it will be benefit for both employee and company Compensations is very less.

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
