      1. Wide variety of problems being solved across industries 2. Logical management/leadership trying to be as transparent as they can about decisions and trade offs 3. Pay is reasonably competitive. 4. The freedom to talk to all functions openly.. and be able to shape the journey of a company. 5. Cutting edge work in AI and machine learning.

      Cons

      A section of the crowd not believing in their ability to build a growing company. Work-life balance can be improved.

      Good employer-employee relation maintained. Management take efforts in up skilling employees very often.

      Cons

      Risky job stability as people will let go if there any no projects alloted on time. Unstable for employees on visa. Would not recommend! You will have to reach out to people across teams to land on a single project. Opportunities often given to favored people.
