      Pros

      Work Culture is very good. Everybody gets a Laptop so easy to work during sick/pandemic situations. Food will be provided by the company itself three times a day New joinee will get easily mingled with the team. There will be weekly tech session where anyone can opt to attend to improve their career. Work from home option is readily available if you are using it wisely by not wasting time.

      Cons

      Work life balance was getting affected in the initial phase.

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
