HR team is one of the best who conducts various initiatives like WALL, TALL and played big role in setting up Tredence Positive Outlook and attractiveness.

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
