      Freedom to explore, Lots of learning, Excellent manager Work life balance

      Cons

      It's been just 2 months for me here as of now. So no cons as yet. Just that I miss the team dynamics which we could have if it was not lockdown and work from home. But that's not a con. We all are facing the unprecedented situation with a hope that things will go back to normalcy.

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
