Cons
Though some of the teams don't have to do overtime, most teams does to meet the deadlines. I believe which is true for any customer centric organization who wants to help the client win real time challenges as soon as possible. Pay seems to be a little low for the insiders compared to laterals. Sometimes, you need to do things which are way outside your JD, such as, even if you are into Business insights, you might end up in a Data engineering team, with minimal or No analytics
