      - Processes and tools to be aligned to the business. - automation process for on-boarding and off-boarding to be enabled.

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
