Pros
Leadership team(founders) are friendly. Learning curve is good.
Cons
1. Horrible Work life balance in most of the projects. Most of the clients treat Tredence's employees very badly. The company is aware of it but doesn't care. 2. Managers and Senior Managers can't even set project timelines properly. Most of the timelines are too-tight, unrealistic, employees are expected to work over and above their working hrs on a daily basis and also on the weekends if required. 3. Due to "client-first" approach Tredence don't give a damn about their employee's well-being. It is like "people come and people go" kind of approach here. 4. Most of the times colleagues won't be very helpful as they are also under a lot of stress. It is like "you are on your own" here, although they brag a lot about teamwork. 5. Higher Management treats the lower level employees as mere "scapegoats". When a project is executed successfully the seniors will come running to take the credit. But if anything goes wrong, the developers are to be blamed. 6. All kind of learning assignments will be given to you when client project starts. You are expected to sit and finish them on weekends. To top it off, there are Capstone projects at the end of these courses which are deliberately made tough. 7. When a project ends, one needs to sit on the bench and beg around for projects. Even client interview has to be given to get assigned to that client project.
