      Provide afternoon lunch that's it nothing more than that.

      Cons

      They do silent firing, and they are not having projects at all. As well they hire in the month of April and than they again start firing in month of January. Every year they do the same

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
